Prema and Pankej have a vision for their Six Pillars of Holistic Care: Yoga, Meditation, Massage, Diet, Breathing, and Therapy. Prema, born in India and trained in the UK, together with British-born Pankej, are passionate about introducing the holistic, Ayurvedic, and spiritual aspects of care to the clinic.
